ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radio­pharma­ceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radio­pharma­ceuticals and radio­isotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuro­endocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radio­nuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The head­quarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Global Medical Safety Scientist (f/m/d)


Aufgaben
  • ICSR preliminary assessment and medical review in Argus Safety
  • Contribute to medical safety relevant sections in Aggregate safety reports and Risk Management Plans
  • Elaborate and maintain list of safety concerns
  • Perform signal detection and safety signal assessment
  • Act as safety matter expert in the devel­op­ment and maintenance of product information
  • Evaluate, review, and approve assessments of safety findings from literature
  • Prepare responses to safety inquiries received from internal or external stake­holders
  • Collaborate for the preparation of safety materials for internal and external safety and labelling boards
  • Manage and assess SAE reconciliation discrepancies and provide medical safety input for their resolution

Profil
  • Degree as a Medical Doctor; previous clinical experience is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills and experience working cross-functionally and transnationally
  • Multiple years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO; Oncology experience preferred
  • Experience to work in safety databases, ideally Argus Safety
  • Solid project and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proactive, strategic mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external subject-matter experts both
  • Fluent written and spoken English
